Return Policy

We are proud to be able to have Trouble The Dog manufactured right here in
America. We are confident in Trouble’s handcrafted quality. If for some reason you
find you need to return Trouble The Dog we’re here to help … simply contact us.
RETURN MERCHANDISE
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will be happy to assist you. The refund will be for the full paid value of the returned
items unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Credit
for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the
purchase within 5-10 days of the date it is received. You will be notified by email once the
return is received and the credit is processed. The return credit will be reflected on your
statement within one to two billing statement periods, depending on your financial
institutions billing cycle.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We don’t accept responsibility for damage caused by the user.

directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product
